Issue 1 of the newsletter of the International Workgroup for Constructive Art, October 1974. The International Workgroup for Constructive Art was formed in 1972 in Antwerp. Founded by Pierre de Poortere, H.D. Schrader and Guy Vandenbranden, it’s key purpose was “ the development and presentation of thematically oriented work programmes executed by a changing array of artists”.
