Room and Book is an online art bookshop and gallery based in London at Strand-on-the-Green on the River Thames. The art bookshop stocks second hand art books and exhibition catalogues with a focus on material from 1920 to 1980. Emphasis is given to books, exhibition catalogues and important periodicals relating to modern British art and international modernism, particularly sculpture and ceramics.

The recently launched online gallery will focus on modern British artists as well as Australian artists and currently includes works by Eduardo Paolozzi and Sidney Nolan.

We currently have books available covering the Pre-Raphaelites, the British Arts and Crafts movement, modern British craft and studio ceramics, Surrealism, DADA, Constructivism, Vorticism, The Independent Group, as well as books relating to international architecture and design.
